1.Shipping Coverage
We currently offer delivery exclusively to addresses within the United States and Canada.
If your region is not displayed during the checkout process, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to your location at this time.
2.Processing Period
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation. No orders will be processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
3.Estimated Delivery Time
For standard shipping within the United States, delivery is estimated to take 5–10 business days after dispatch.
For Canadian orders, we estimate a delivery window of 7–15 business days after dispatch, accounting for cross-border customs procedures and potential regional transit variations.These are only approximate timelines; actual delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping demand during peak seasons.
4.Shipping Carriers
Domestic orders within the United States are primarily shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service). For final delivery within Canada, we typically partner with Canada Post or other trusted local carriers.
5.Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
6.Handling Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
Verify with family members and neighbors to see if the package was received on your behalf;
Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to inquire about details.

7.Duties and Taxes for Canadian Orders
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and handling fees levied by the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) or the shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees at checkout. If applicable, the recipient must pay these fees upon delivery. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their exact amount in advance.
